Yes, this looks like something from Scorpion Dagger. No, I didn’t not steal it from him. No, I am not trying to bite his style.
I made this GIF titled, God’s Too Busy Playing Candy Crush And Listening To Bangerz To Worry About The Evolution Debate, to go along with my thoughts on evolution & creation.I just don’t know why people can’t believe in God without believing that Adam and Eve hung out with dinosaurs. If you go far enough back in the “creation” of our universe, there is always a point where the unknown exists. We don’t know what caused the Big Bang (not the crappy show). We don’t know what was happening before the Big Bang. You don’t have to not believe in evolution to believe in God. God and evolution aren’t mutually exclusive. Even in the Bible, there are two stories of Creation. How do you reconcile that? Most people like to just conveniently forget. Why not just think of Evolution as a third creation story?
Everyone needs to take a step back and really think.
When Christians or anyone else that believes in a god realizes that there is no point in fighting evolution, everyone will be a lot happier. Showing so much fear of evolution is tantamount to showing a lack of faith in God, not the other way around. If you have to argue an all encompassing and all powerful being’s existence by trying to disprove a scientific theory, I doubt your faith in that being is as strong as you may claim.
There is no mention in the Bible of God creating phones, TV’s, cars, modern medicines, computers, or the Internet, but most people that get so upset about the evolution vs. creation debate are all too happy to let other people know just how they feel via the Internet. I did, and I don’t really care that much.
If you really believe in God, stop worrying about the little stuff. Stop trying to prove he exists by arguing scientific theories with other scientific theories or evidence. That seems very pointless. If you can prove that a god exists through science… well… he or she stops being a god.
Worry about living the way you think God wants you to live, otherwise your faith in God is just as pointless as me taking the time to write this.
